AKT Events offers two different packages within your budgetary requirements without costing you quality of your visionary event.

Package 1: - Complimentary Consultation to explain the coordination process - Virtual or Telephone Conference Meeting to develop event theme, personalized details and budget specifics - Two Custom quotes for your absolute needs and your dream desires - Vendor list for you to contact yourself if desired - Unlimited e-mail correspondence for advice and consultation

Package 2: - Includes all that Package 1 has to offer - Three custom quotes - Vendor coordination/negotiation and booking (decorations, cake, desserts, catering, flowers, photographer, item rentals, videographer, balloon specialists, venues, backdrops, gifts etc)

Add Ons for either package: - In person meetings - Day of assistance for set up/tear down - Personal shopping

Package one allows us to do all the leg work and take the stress out of researching but allows you to be in control of your event. Package two puts everything in our hands and all you have to do is show up.
