Day of Coordination Services
1 Site check 60-30 days before the wedding
• My custom bridal tool kit with checklists and worksheets that will make sure you keep track of your planning
• Weekly phone calls / emails to keep you on track
• Unlimited texts/phone calls with you to answer any questions you may have
• Full communication with all vendors as POC and relaying of all timelines, floor plans and day of information
• Ceremony and reception timelines
• Ceremony and reception floor plans- 1
• 1 hour Ceremony rehearsal prior to the wedding
• 2 hour Day of Ceremony and reception set up of personal decor (limited to centerpieces, sweetheart table, tableware, high profile tables and linens. Additional fees apply for DIY table and chair/chair cover set up/breakdown)
• Coordination of all vendor set ups-Up to 6 hours Coordination of Wedding
• One hour light decor breakdown and packaging
• One full day assistant
