Day of Coordination!
Pre-Ceremony ( 1 to 2 months prior to your big day ):
- Free initial consultation.
- Full Order of Ceremony Program Assistance
- We'll work together to create a detailed Production Schedule
- Assistance with seating chart, if needed
- As many phone meetings and email communication as needed
- Vendor recommendations
Vendor Management:
- Verify all vendors 1 - 2 weeks prior to your event
- Vendor Coordination on the Day of the event
- We will be your vendor point of contact for the full event day
- Oversee vendor Set Up
- Oversee vendor Clean Up
- Distribute Tips & Final Payments
- Supervise Food and Beverage Services
- Oversee all deliveries
Day Of:
- Up to 8 hours day of ceremony
- Queue Processional, Coordinate all music with DJ
- Hand out bouquets, flowers and boutonnieres
- Assist guests and bridal party with all questions and concerns
- Oversee and assist with ceremony and reception decoration
- Oversee and assist with ceremony and reception clean up
-Relocate gifts, ceremony & reception items to specific location at the end of night for removal from venue.
- Maintain flow of the evening, ensuring that all goes according to your wishes
- Announcements during reception unless organized through DJ or Band
- Verify table numbers, escort cards, toasting flutes, favors, cake serving, cake top, tossing items and guest book are set up/ packed up properly.
-Emergency Kit on hand and accessible to bridal party
-Resolve any issues that may arise during ceremony & reception
-Assist family/friends assigned to haul out left over food and personal items.
