Just returned from a 7 day stay at Sandals Grande Antigua and thanks to our fabulous travel agent Denise Kerkhoff it was absolutely perfect! Upon arrival we had an issue with our room. I emailed her and by the next morning all was taken care of and better than we expected!! She is always available to answer my questions & handle any of my requests. Denise was amazing in helping us plan our sandals vacation! I had checked with a few other travel agents, but quickly knew she was the one we wanted to work with. She answered ALL (there were a lot) of my questions and was very thorough and attentive.
