DAY OF COORDINATION DESCRIPTION:
After vendors have been booked and final decisions made, that's when our coordination package comes in. We learn every detail of what's been planned so we can be the hands, eyes and feet for our client on the day of event. The key role of a coordinator is to manage the event within the last month.

*Timeline Creation + Management
*1 Logistics Meeting (3 Month before)
*1 Final Details Meetings (3 weeks before)
*Site Visit
*Rehearsal, Ceremony + Reception Management
*Vendor Communication
*Assisting Guests with seating and questions.
*Light set up & light clean up of:
-Guestbook Table, Gift Table, Memory Table, Seating Chart Sign, Welcome Sign, Reserved Signs, Table Numbers, Cake Cutters, Sweetheart/Head Table Items, Ceremony Unity Items and Favors.
*Head Coordinator + 1 Assistant Coordinator
