Day of Coordinator Package

Starting at $700 - includes the following:

Communication

• Getting to know you(email/phone)
• Your vision for the day
• Providing/finalizing your timeline
• Face to face meeting 4-6 weeks before the wedding
• Check-in with vendors 2-4 weeks prior to wedding

Rehearsal Night

• Helping to keep things on task
• Facilitating a run-through of the ceremony(as needed)
• Answering any questions about the ceremony

Wedding Day

• Ensuring everyone is where they need to be
• Directing Wedding Party and guests
• Confirming setup is complete based on your specifications(tables,chairs,ceremony,location,etc.)
• Centerpiece setup, ceremony decor setup,including guest book station, remembrance tables, escort cards, etc.
• Directing vendors(checking in with DJ, caterer, and other vendors as needed)
• Executing timeline so the day flows smoothly
• Helping photographer gather people for photos as needed
• Checking in with the couple, party, and family during the cocktail hour and reception
• Troubleshooting any day-of problems
• Clean up of any decorations
• Distribute tips/payments to vendors
