Hello: My name is Steven Makropoulos and I have been entertaining the Chicago land community with my MEGA SOUNDS DJ SERVICE successfully now for over 20 years. Before that, I was a member of a popular Chicago-land Wedding band . As a member of the band, I learned how to, successfully provide entertainment to a wide variety of people. I have the ability to adapt to all age groups as well as different type of music. My music library includes a wide range of ethnic music such as Italian, Greek, Irish, Polish, Arabic, Serbian Albanian, Mexican and Colombian.

     In the countless mixed weddings I have performed, I have taken special care in not alienating one side or another. This way, insuring the entire guest list will have an enjoyable evening. I am very careful in selecting songs for all the guests to enjoy.

     My inventory is adequately equipped with music for any event and age group, ranging from;  Current  TOP 40 to  60's oldies, 80's disco, 70's Rock, Big Band, Country, Hot Mix, Free Style, specialty music and everything in between. I am continuingly updating my music innovatory with current today's songs.

      I pride myself on SOFT dinner music. You and I want the guest to enjoy their dinner, not get a headache!  My job is to keep people dancing not drive them out of the room! How many time have you heard it said, “I would have stayed longer if the music wasn’t so loud”

    I am very confident that my DJ service can ensure the entire guest list a very enjoyable evening.
