Premarital weekend workshop for couples

Hold Me Tight® is a two-day intensive workshop based in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy by Sue Johnson, created for couples who want to improve their communication, intimacy and secure connection. This workshop is held in Knoxville, Tennessee to help couples strengthen bonds and create a more secure, intimate relationship.

This workshop will help you better understand romantic love and the pivotal moves and moments that define your relationship. You will be able to shape the positive moments of reaching and responding that create a secure bond. A safe, loving, lasting love is entirely possible if we have a map. This is a workshop that provides that map.
