From first consultation to the tear-down of your event, we will listen to and support you throughout the event planning process. By utilizing our knowledge, expertise and resources we look to ensure an elevated experience while you enjoy the special moments, stress-free.
All necessary hours on the day of your wedding for the KB Events team
Up to 5 in-person meetings in Santa Barbara County prior to the wedding

Design and Planning
- Unlimited support on the planning and design of your wedding
- Provided ongoing email, video chat, phone, and face-to-face meetings, as needed, to discuss the design, production, and coordination of your event with the KB Events Team
- While selecting a Venue we will weigh the pros and cons of each space to help determine the ideal location for the wedding
- Unlimited access to our wide array of vendors contacts
- Direct and manage the entire planning process from beginning to end
- Complete custom design to create the vision of your wedding aesthetics and guest experience, up to 3 unique designs
- During the design meeting, we will finalize the aesthetic, the flow of the event, design of diagram layout and big-picture ideas of the venue setup
- Create a diagram of the venue including ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and dancing
- Assembling and managing the best team of vendors to execute your wedding vision within your predetermined budget with the best value
- Scheduling vendor meetings including rentals, food tastings, floral design, and cake tasting for you
- Create a detailed wedding or event logistics timeline and distributed to all vendors
- Unlimited referrals for additional services you may require for your wedding
- Confirmation of all vendors and details to ensure everything is in place for your wedding
On-Site Coordination
- Coverage of ceremony rehearsal and dinner
- 2 Lead Planners and associate coordination staff as determined by event logistics
- On-site management of all vendors including set-up, execution, and breakdown
- Oversee proper set-up and design of event areas
- Organization of the ceremony processional, recessional and instruction of attendants/wedding party of their duties
- Distribution of personal floral for the bridal party and special guests
- Letting key people know what is coming next (toasts, dances, announcements, etc…)
- Ongoing support throughout the event to assure that all needs are being met
- Answer guests questions and concerns throughout your event
- Make sure that parents and very special guests are given special care and attention
- Distribute all final payments and tips to vendors
- Handle all the details so that you can relax and enjoy your wedding
- Make sure you are taking it all in and that you are having the time of your life!
- Gathering personal items at the conclusion of the evening to return to the couple
- Ensure the cleanup is properly managed at the end of the evening
