Wedding Management is a great option if you would like to plan your wedding on your own, but would like some assistance from a professional how to best pull it all together and coordinate the details of the wedding day.
Pre Wedding:
-Pre- wedding consultation
-Supply necessary vendor recommendations
-Construct a detailed wedding day timeline
-Attendance at final venue walk through
-Confirm all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding day
-Facilitate a ceremony rehearsal for up to one hour
Wedding Day:
-Up to 12 hours on site with your lead coordinator and one assistant, which will allow you to enjoy your day without worrying about the details
-Vendor communication and coordination
-Direct the ceremony processional
-Limited setup of wedding accessories (guest book, place cards, favors, etc.)
-Ensure all VIP's receive their flowers (boutonnieres, bouquets, and corsages)
-Act as point of contact for all vendors
-Assist the wedding party and guests as needed throughout the event
-Distribute final payments and gratuity to vendors
