SpringPark is a beautiful private facility close to the George Bush toll road and 75 Central Expressway. The facility is a two-story building that will accommodate 120 -150 people in total, with about 100 being the max for a seated indoor event downstairs on the dance floor area.
Larger events can easily be accommodated in our beautiful adjacent outdoor areas - either the lawn or near the bridge and creek. One side of the building on both levels is solid glass looking out on our majestically treed surroundings.
Your wedding package includes:
- an on-site staff person to help on your special day
- 100 upright banquet chairs
- ten 36" round tables, ten 60” round tables
- eight long banquet style tables
- additional seating in the form of love seats and stools
- outdoor deck/patio tables and chairs (32 chairs)
- downstairs has a dance floor and an alcove for a DJ or musical group of your choice
- a variety of centerpieces, vases and tulle which you may borrow at no charge
- any words you wish on our marquee sign in the parking lot outside
- full commercial kitchen and bar area upstairs with beverage cooler
- a lovely private dressing room with great lighting and mirrors
- furniture setup
- cleanup after the event
