The V.I.P. Package includes everything in the Just Say Yes Package, plus these additional wedding coordinator duties!
  • 5 in person meetings* – one of which will be a venue walkthrough. 

  • Vendor recommendations – I can help find the perfect vendors, get availability, and pricing for you. Making it easier for you to decide on who you want to hire, without the research time & hassle.

  • Help with some of the wedding planning process – Sometimes you just need even more advice and guidance so you can count on me during those tough planning months and get even more help than our average day of coordination couple. This is why the services in this package begin 6 months out.

  • Wedding Party Rehearsal ($150 value) – I will be there to coordinate and choreograph your entire bridal party and family, ensuring that everyone is comfortable walking down the aisle, knows their places, where to stand and sit, etc. — All while getting everyone off to the rehearsal dinner on time! This is already included in this package, should you need it.


Just Say Yes Package

Coordination begins 3 months out

  • 2-3 in-person meetings* – one of which will be the venue walkthrough. 

  • Complete wedding coordination and day-of execution for up to 12 hours

  • Review all vendor contracts as needed to understand exactly what will be arriving day-of.

  • Venue walk-through to go over the details and logistics of the wedding day.

  • Unlimited contact via email or phone  from the time of contract. Any phone and video chats need 12 hour notice

  • Monthly check-ins to ensure discussed details are on track - we are in this together!

  • Timeline creation and wedding day schedule distributed to vendors. 

  • Vendor management – we will coordinate with all contracted wedding vendors listed on your vendor form and confirm their arrival times, get insurance info, meal counts, confirm services booked, and any other important details, at least 1 week or more prior to the wedding.

  • Be the point of contact the day of your wedding ~ aka make sure no one bothers you! 

  • Cross-check venue set up, making sure ceremony and reception are set to perfection. Fixing any errors that may come up.

  • Distribute bouquets & pin corsages to the bridal party, attendants & family members.

  • Remind Best Man, Maid of Honor, Parents, and honored guests when they are about to give toasts.

  • Set-up and styling of all wedding elements ~ this is key to having your vision come to life! (Escort cards, favors, guest books, table numbers, photo booth props, DIY elements, etc.)*

  • Direct ushers and helpers with seating and program distribution.

  • Distribute final payments & gratuities as needed to vendors ~ you won’t have time to do this as you will be too busy having the best day of your life!

  • Retain the marriage license for the officiant.

  • Retrieve wedding gifts/cards ~ we will monitor the flow of the card box and personally hand the cards to you at the end of the night.

  • Arrange for ALL your personal items are packed up and given to a designated family member, room, and/or vehicle.

  • Date Change / Postponement Assistance having to move your special day due to circumstance out of your contract can be stressful. 2020 Has taught us this all too well. We will facilitate making this process less stressful for you, by assisting with contacting your current vendors to get availability for new dates, their policies in the event of a date change,  getting updated contracts secured for you, and anything else needs to make the transition a smooth one – Hey, we are in this together!

* Due to COVID, the in-person meetings will be via video calls for the time being


A la carte services

  • Assembling Services 

    • Wedding invitations - $25/30 invites

    • Out-of-Town guest bags - $5/bag

    • Wedding favors - $2/favor

  • Help with printing services (not design) including invitations, agendas, menus - $2/item

  • Additional hours - $50/hour

Fine Print

Out of Houston city limits will be an extra $10 per 5 miles. Holidays will incur additional fees. Fees apply to events booked for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day. All final payments are to be paid 30 days prior to the wedding date. Coordinator will not be liable for damages that occur during wedding or reception. Coordinator is also not liable for damages caused by vendors, guests, or any one on venue site.
