Mobile catering

We are a mobile food vendor specializing in smoked foods. With parties of 100 or more we bring the smoker and cook the food on site. Our 2024 prices start out at $18.99 per person which includes pulled pork sandwiches, smoked chicken pieces(breast, wing, leg and thigh), your choice of three sides, bbq sauces, buns.  With over 130 people we bring the smoker and cook the food onsite(we are there 5 hours before you plan to eat) with under 130 people we deliver right before you plan to eat.  We bring the chafers and serving utensils, set up the buffet line, keep it full while your guest eat, then package whatever is left for you to take with you.  We also offer hoer d'oeuvres , place settings, and other meat options.
