You absolutely can! All you need to do is get in touch with our editing team ([email protected]), and they will work with you to include whatever else you might have.
Typically, our editing team is able to get you your edited video within 6-8 weeks. That length is subject to change, however, during peak wedding season.
Included in each editing package is one round of re-edits to fix errors the editor may have made like misspelled names, rendering issues, etc. Re-edits made because of a preference of a client not mentioned in the preference form, like song changes, will be billed at $30/hour with a 1-hour minimum charge.
If you have purchased a package that includes a video, when you receive the email with the link to all your raw footage, there will be a link to our preference form for you to fill out. When we receive that form back, your video will be put into the queue to be worked on. If you order your edited video separately, after the wedding, we will send you an email directing you to the preference form to fill out.
After our editing team finishes editing your project, the finished videos will be uploaded to your Wedit account. From there, once you approve the edit, we will send you your video files on a USB drive for you to keep.
No fees or penalties for date changes.
Full refund if cancelled 30 days prior to wedding.
